These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through blyvoro.com. The store is operated by Changsha Senjuyunke E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd. under the Blyvoro™ brand. Website access is also subject to our Terms of Use, and personal information is handled as explained in our Privacy Policy.
2. Product information and intended use
Review the description, included quantity, dimensions and any product-specific instructions before purchasing. Pack options refer to the quantities explained on each product page. Screen settings may affect perceived colors. Products should be used only for their stated purpose; general outdoor accessories are not a substitute for appropriate training or professionally specified protective equipment.
3. Orders and acceptance
Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery details. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order; acceptance is confirmed when we expressly accept the order or dispatch it. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund any payment received for the unfulfilled order.
4. Prices and payment
The currency and order total displayed at checkout apply to your purchase, including charges collected by the store. Payment methods are those offered at checkout. Your provider may impose separate fees. If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, we will explain it before proceeding with a correction and provide an opportunity to cancel; we will not impose a new charge without authorization.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping availability, charges and delivery information are governed by our Shipping Policy. Please supply accurate address information and notify us promptly of a problem. Mandatory consumer protections concerning delivery and risk remain applicable.
6. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the voluntary return process and how to report a damaged, defective or incorrect item. Mandatory cancellation, conformity and refund rights are not excluded by these terms.
7. Availability and promotions
Products and promotional offers may change prospectively. Offer conditions apply as disclosed at the time of purchase. Later changes do not remove rights attached to an accepted order. We may decline or cancel orders for a legitimate reason such as unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an unresolved payment issue, subject to applicable law and any required refund.
8. Customer responsibilities
Use accurate information, protect your account credentials and do not misuse the store, payment systems or support channels. If you purchase for someone else, ensure you are authorized to provide their details and arrange delivery.
9. Liability and consumer protections
We are responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any other mandatory consumer right. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law.

Payment providers, delivery carriers and linked third-party websites may have their own terms. Their involvement does not remove our obligations as the seller under applicable consumer law.
11. Changes and applicable law
Updated terms apply prospectively from publication and do not retrospectively change accepted orders without agreement. Applicable law governs the transaction, including mandatory protections available in your country of residence; no term deprives you of a remedy or competent forum that applicable law guarantees.
